I’m so excited that Greekish comes out this week. I’ve been hard at work testing and developing, and I have to admit this one is a bit nerve-wracking – Nistisima was a study in Orthodox fasting, Taverna based around family and tradition. There are no monks or ancestors to take any criticism here, this is all me. As a result I think this is my most accessible book to date, taking my heritage and bringing it up to date. This one’s for busy working mums like myself who want quick dishes, and also those that can be cooked in one pan. I can’t wait for you to try my baklava cheesecake, one-pot pastitsio, or white chocolate, feta and cherry cookies. I can’t wait to hear and see how you get on with them!
Absolutely love this book. My friend bought it for me for my birthday in July and considering I normally only do 3 or 4 recipes out of a book this one has surpassed that. In fact it features heavily in a Greek themed NYE party.
Looking forward to preparing more delicious dishes in 2025
